Chef Dave has kept Sitka Point Lodge in five-star quality dinners since 2014. His delectable dinners have our clients wanting to hire him as their personal chef! We are so proud that he is an essential part of our team. Dave spent time serving our country in the military, and still resonates that dedication in his professionalism as a chef. He worked for six years under a Master Chef of France, so he is exceptionally knowledgeable at his craft. Dave has managed kitchens for land mark hotels for over twenty years, and we are fortunate
to have his expertise in our kitchen. Dave is currently writing a cook book that is to be published soon. His book will be available on our website, so keep watching! Dave enjoys hunting, fishing, boating and spending quality time with his family on his off time. Many of our clients have been known to leave Sitka Point Lodge with a few borrowed tricks for preparing their own catch upon returning home.
