- 2 Silver Salmon fillets, thawed
- 1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 2 tsp. honey
- pinch of thyme
Place salmon steaks in microwave-safe dish. In a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Drizzle mustard glaze evenly over salmon steaks. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 3-4 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Makes 2 servings.
