What to Bring
 People
are surprised by Sitka's mild weather. During fishing
season, we recommend you pack what you need in one
carry-on bag. The reason we recommend only bringing a
carry on bag is simple; we expect you to be checking
in to the airline with two or three 50 pound boxes of
frozen fish at the end of your stay!
Plan to dress as you would for most other outdoor activities.
We recommend you bring clothes that can be layered
so you can dress warmly at the beginning of the
day but remove layers as the day warms. A polar fleece
type of outerwear with a sweater and shirt underneath
is very acceptable.
We will provide the wet weather gear, including boots,
if needed.
Don't forget your camera and lots of film!
